  • The sensation of lack of stability. In many people, this continuous labor change causes an absence of stability that can cause anguish and uncertainty due to the situation that will occur in the future.

  • Trouble finding employment. The persons in charge of hiring people usually discard people who change a lot of jobs in a short time, because this makes them think that they are not qualified or are not responsible.
