- 4 salmon (180 g each)
- 2 leaves of fresh basil
- 2 teeth of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 2 twigs of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon
Mix the chopped garlic cloves, the chopped basil, the parsley, the fresh thyme, the black pepper, the salt, the lemon juice and the olive oil in a bowl. This will be the marinade.
Next, mix the salmon supreme with the marinade and let it sit for an hour in the fridge. Then, preheat the oven to 190ºC place the supreme salmon in an oven dish, add a splash of olive oil on top and cover the source with aluminum foil.
Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish, until cooked and serve immediately.
