How to make Chicken Burritos – Easy Chicken Burrito Recipe | AIB
The chicken breast is one of the most consumed foods in the field of sports. We will explain how to prepare some chicken breast burritos. This recipe is nutritionally complete, providing a large amount of protein, and a moderate amount of carbohydrates and fats.
In turn, thanks to the peppers, onions, and lettuce that will accompany the chicken, we will have a rich source of vitamins and minerals, which will contribute to having a correct intake of micronutrients.
Ingredients for making chicken burritos:
- 200 g of chicken breast
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- Burrito seasoning
- 1 onion
- Cheese sliced (half sliced for each burrito)

First, cut the peppers into strips of average size. Once cut, add little olive oil to the pan and add the peppers. It is advisable to put a lid on the pan to make the peppers better. We will leave the skillet over medium heat.
While the peppers are being made, cut the onion in the form of julienne (this is to the taste of each one) and when the peppers are moderately made (3-5 minutes), add it to the pan next to the peppers.
Then, cut the chicken breast into thin strips while making the rest of the ingredients. Once the peppers and onions are half done (depending on taste), add the chicken breast cuts.
Next, add the seasoning to the set of ingredients in the pan, leave the pan over medium heat. Once the ingredients are done, cut the lettuce into small pieces.
Finally, we take a wheat tortilla and put the ingredients on top, fold on one side and rotate the burrito so that it is tight. Then, enjoy your chicken burritos.
