1 fish of ½ kg or 2 fillet
1/4 bunch fresh parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves of garlic

First, you have to cut the garlic into small slices, and if you do not have the culinary skills to do it, you can crush it in a bowl. Then take a pan apply two tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter, add garlic, fry until it gets brown.
Next, take a fish wash it properly, or you can buy fillet to speed up the preparation. The suggestion is that it be white tuna or salmon. Take a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and wait until it gets hot, then place the fish delicately so that it does not splash. While cooking, season with salt, pepper, spices, parsley, lemon and olive oil.
