Many are fans of garlic recipes, but few know the valuable benefits of their consumption. According to science, garlic contains a compound called allicin, which has influential medicinal properties. 1 fish of ½ kg or 2 fillet
1/4 bunch fresh parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves of garlic

First, you have to cut the garlic into small slices, and if you do not have the culinary skills to do it, you can crush it in a bowl. Then take a pan apply two tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter, add garlic, fry until it gets brown.
