  • 35gr of wheat flour
  • 50ml of skimmed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10gr butter light
  • 500gr of apples
  • 25gr. of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon zest


Apple Pie

The first step is to preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then take a glass container add 2 eggs, 25gr of brown sugar and 10 grams of butter mix with 50ml of skimmed milk thoroughly. Then add the 35gr of wheat flour and teaspoon of yeast powder, mix until you have a homogeneous mass.

Lastly, take 500gr of apple cut them into slices, remove its skin and add a teaspoon of lemon zest. Then pour the mixture into a glass container, put it in the oven for 25 minutes and wait until it cools to serve this delicious dessert.
