10 Most Anticipated Films of 2018 | AIB

2017 is about to end and next year looks exciting, the long-term forecast in Hollywood allows us to know the date of the most prominent premieres next year in 2018. Evidently, they will be among the highest grossing flicks.

What is clear watching the most anticipated films of 2018, is that Disney will return to obliterate box office mercilessly. With all its sections operating at full capacity ( Pixar, Disney, Marvel, and Lucasfilm), few producers can compete with Poderia Mickey and company. 2018 is going to be a year full of blockbusters. There are a lot of reboots and sequels to the original stories, and everyone is eagerly waiting for them.

Anyway, we are giving the list of most anticipated films of 2018:

1. Avengers: Infinity War!

It is not only the most anticipated film of 2018 and also one of the most anticipated movies of all time. ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ it is the conclusion of work that Marvel Studios began in 2008 with ‘Iron Man.’ The invisible and menacing presence of Thanos will be tangible here. Avengers 4 is the beginning of the Infinity War and also beginning to the end.

2. Black Panther!

‘Black Panther’ has been lurching from its inception until this point. Now, it is the second most anticipated films of 2018. At first, it didn’t get much attention, but after appearing in Civil War soon, it becomes the most anticipated film. The Black Panther has a clear and meaningful relationship with Avengers: Infinity War has placed the superhero played by Chadwick Boseman in the spotlight. Something holds Wakanda; the king must occupy his throne.

3. Deadpool 2!

The Mercenary Bocazas returns, Ryan Reynolds gets into the skin of Wade Wilson after the resounding blockbuster ‘ Deadpool.’ Tim Miller, director of the first, abandoned the project. This time David Leitch director of ‘John Wick’ has taken charge to bring back the foul-mouthed thug and anti-hero of Marvel Comics.

4. Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom!

JA Bayona, who is the director of the sequel to ‘Jurassic World.’ The reboot of the Jurassic franchise was a success, and Universal Pictures want to continue exploiting the goose that lays the golden eggs of these extinct animals. This time will be a topic around animal abuse. Undoubtedly, one of the most anticipated films of 2018.

5. Tomb Raider!

The new reboot of the saga comes after few years following a failure in video games. Alicia Vikander has left the skin to be the new Lara Croft. The actress publicly acknowledged that this was ” a dream come true ” because she was a fan since her childhood. So far, everything looks fine on an artistic level.

6. Pacific Rim: Uprising!

The highly anticipated sequel to ‘Pacific Rim’ will not have the direction of Guillermo del Toro. This time will be Steven S. DeKnight the head of a saga. John Boyega will be the protagonist of the film entitled ‘Pacific Rim: Uprising.’ It is one of the most anticipated films of 2018 by fans of the blockbuster audiovisual machines and Kaijus.

7. The Predator!

Shane Black is at the service of this franchise with the sequel to ‘Predator’ (1987). After so many years, filmmaker improves this 80s classic and direct actors and actresses of the likes of Olivia Wilde, Boyd Holdbrook, Trevante Rhodes or Jacob Tremblay. This movie produced by 20th Century Fox for the last time.

8. Ocean’s 8!

The universe of ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ returns as never seen before. ‘Ocean’s 8’ will be led almost exclusively by women. And what women! A scandal cast led by Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter. Surely, this is also one of the most anticipated movies of 2018.

9. Mission: Impossible 6!

The sixth installment of the saga will bring us Tom Cruise in the skin of superspy Ethan Hunt. This time we’ll have Henry Cavill, the Superman of DC Comics, as a villain. Directed by Christopher McQuarrie. With Tom Cruise, Vanessa Kirby, Henry Cavill, and Rebecca Ferguson.

10. Solo: A Star Wars Story!

The spin-off of Star Wars starring Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich), entitled ‘ Solo: A Star Wars Story.’ Will finally address Ron Howard following the exit of Phil Lord and Chris Miller for creative differences with Lucasfilm. The plot set between Episode III and Episode IV of the galactic saga. This franchise commonly one of the most anticipated films of 2018 as always.

Other films like ‘Aquaman’ ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp,’ ‘Venom,’ ‘X-Men: The New Mutants’ or ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ is not on this list. But we expect all these movies do well at box office.
