Justice League: A Masterly Treat for Superhero Fans | AIB

Finally, it is time to watch Justice League for the first time on the big screen, the superhero team that emerged in 1960. The superhero league consists of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

But DC Comics and Warner Bros have had different film productions that have ended up disappointing their followers, just remember the case of  Suicide Squad among many others. It is for this main reason that everyone waits with eagerness and uncertainty for the first meeting of the most powerful superheroes.

The film puts us chronologically one year after the sacrifice made by Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Humanity has sunk into despair and seems to have completely lost faith, perceiving the absence of Superman as a proper judgment Bruce Wayne will change radically. Driven by a restored faith in humanity, and inspired by the selfless act of Man of Steel, Wayne reassesses its extreme methods and decides to recruit new allies with extraordinary abilities. It aims to create the League of Justice: a team of superheroes who defend the Earth.

A dilemma with this movie is the obligation to present to those who had not formally seen the light in this DC Comics movie world: Aquaman, Flash, and Cyborg. This leads to a slow and apparently forced start. When Justice League on the mind people quickly resorts to great combats in an almost immediate way, But Warner Bros gave a general context of new characters to be clear from the start.

But once this presentation is over, the story begins to take the course expected by all: see the entire group fight shoulder to shoulder against the potential threat that represents the supervillain Steppenwolf, who is accompanied by an army of Parademonios to conquer the planet Earth. It is right here where the script written by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon takes its value, makes it clear that despite having the strength of Wonder Woman, the ability of the "King of the Seven Seas" or Batman's mind strategist individuality are obsolete. And unification becomes so paramount that even coming back from death was never a bad idea.

A necessary aspect of this type of movies is undoubtedly its special effects, and this production has an outstanding one. From the first minute, they will show it; the main characters will have movements never seen before on the big screen. The effects used to represent the superhero 'Flash' is brilliant when highlighting trivial details such as the light, behavior, and sound of the rays emitted by his ability.

Having so many relevant characters and a cast equally famous director, Zack Snyder, knew how to balance between them and their respective personalities were not strange. But the relaxed and comical sense with which the also known "lightning man" was built stands out at different times, the work of Ezra Miller becomes the soul of the film.

Overall, Justice League ends up being a film that maintains a positive level when taking into account that the last production of the Warner - DC duo. The story takes its protagonists to such a limit that forces them to form such a group since the extinction of life can become a reality with their villain, this being not the strongest. The main essence of an apocalyptic situation saved by these superheroes is achieved, and the spectator will leave with a good taste after having seen the Justice League.

Keep in mind that there are two scenes post-credits, the second is really at the end of them, just have patience as it will lead to many interpretations and future productions.

Finally, it is time to watch Justice League for the first time on the big screen, the superhero team that emerged in 1960. The superher...

Two Important Tips:

You should try and keep in touch with every topic. At this stage main focus on organic and inorganic chemistry, Mathematics and Physics are conceptual and devoting as less as an hour or two to these subjects every day should be fine.

Make short notes and highlights of chapters, concepts, and formulas. You can also buy the material from website, and their material is quite good. Revise complete syllabus starting with concepts you understand very well. Don't leave any topic because some questions in the exam are very easy based on simple basic topics. Roughly one month before your exams, try to solve questions of all topics. Answer as many numerical questions as you can. Don't work on long problems, just focus on objective questions.

So that you don’t miss anything, you should be aware of JEE Main 2018 syllabus. Solving a few problems from your notes, study material and last years papers of IIT-JEE will help you to build the confidence. Pay equal attention to all the three subjects (PCM) by devoting specific hours during the day. Keep mind fresh one day before the exam, and just study notes not the whole syllabus.

IIT-JEE includes both tough and easy questions. So if you find a question difficult in the paper, remember the majority of students would feel the same. Just avoid that question and solve easy questions first. Keep the order of subjects you are attempting the same as the one you are used to attempting at your coaching classes/practice hours. This will ensure that your mind is at ease during the exam.

Try to finish the exam 30 minutes earlier. First of all, try to attempt questions that carry more marks. This will maximize your attempt. The most important trick is trying to solve mathematics questions with the help of graphs and diagrams. Don’t attempt to answer all questions in a hurry. That will only increase errors. Follow, Golden rule, one thing at a time. Never try to attempt two problems at the same time.

Carry a wristwatch; your admit card, two pens and pencils (sharpened at both ends), an eraser, a sharpener and an additional thing you might feel necessary. But don't carry too many things. You won’t need them.

Super Mario Is Finally Getting An Animated Movie | AIB

Nintendo is planning to make a new movie with the most beloved and emblematic leader of their consoles: Super Mario. The Japanese company seeks to continue expanding its franchises beyond video games, and therefore they are bringing Mario adventures to the big screen with an animated film.

As reported by "The Wall Street Journal," Nintendo would be close to closing a partnership with the American production company Illumination Entertainment that has worked with Universal Pictures, who is the studio responsible for having given life to 'Despicable Me' and the fever of the Minions. The agreement would be to produce an animated Super Mario movie.

As we have seen, Mario leaped with smartphones with 'Super Mario Run,' and currently Super Mario Odyssey has been a success for the Nintendo Switch, so apparently, the next step will be to take it to the big screen in an animated movie. It's said that the designer of Nintendo Shigeru Miyamoto and Chris Meledandri, executive manager of Illumination Entertainment - part of the team that made the film "My favorite villain"(Minions) - would be responsible for creating this new staging.

The negotiation between both companies has been taking place for more than a year, where they have presented several proposals that have not finished convincing the Japanese. The primary condition of Nintendo to carry out the film is that they are fully involved in the creative process. We must remember that last year the same Tatsumi Kimishima, president of Nintendo, announced that the company was already negotiating with some Hollywood companies to take some of their characters to the cinema.

It is not the first time that Super Mario will be in theaters. In 1993 the film "Super Mario Bros" starring Bob Hoskins was presented which meant a complete failure at the box office. The information of the Super Mario movie is not yet official. However, the movement could be to some extent evident because Nintendo has been collaborating for a couple of years with Universal for Super Nintendo World.

Nintendo is planning to make a new movie with the most beloved and emblematic leader of their consoles: Super Mario. The Japanese compan...

Why Some Fats are Good for Health | AIB

We usually do not recognize that not all the fats we eat are bad for our body. There is a lot of fats that are beneficial for our health. We actually need fats, can't live without them, they provide essential fatty acids, keep our skin soft, deliver fat-soluble vitamins, and an excellent source of energizing fuel.

But it's easy to get confused about good and bad fats, and how much fat we should eat. In this article, we will share you some points about not all fats is created in the same way, and how our bodies need healthy fats to stay fit.

An adult person should get 20% to 35% of their calories from fats from their diet. If these fats are healthy, they are beneficial for our heart. But many times we replace them with refined carbohydrates like white bread and white rice. But these carbs can increase our triglyceride levels, and contribute to the onset of cardiovascular disease.

Types of Healthy Fats!

Unsaturated Fats!

Healthy unsaturated fats are fluid at room temperature, while trans fats and saturated fats, which are harmful to our health, are hard due to their industrial production through the hydrogenation process.

To increase unsaturated fats in your diet, substitute solids such as margarine, olive oil, and vegetable oils. Change the red meat for seafood or nuts without salt. Shellfish and nuts also contain saturated fats, but usually less than red meat.

In unsaturated fats, there are two types:

  • Monounsaturated Fats
  • Polyunsaturated Fats

Monounsaturated Fats!

Monounsaturated fats increase good cholesterol, olive oil, peanut oil, nuts, seeds, and avocados are good sources of this type of fat.

To get the benefits of these monounsaturated fats, you can consume hummus, which is rich in olive oil, or guacamole. The nuts without salt are also rich in monounsaturated fats, but they are rich in calories, so it is not advisable to consume them in excess.

Polyunsaturated Fats!

You can find polyunsaturated fats in nuts, seeds, vegetable oils such as corn and safflower oil, and in fatty fish. This category includes the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, fatty acids that are known as essential because the human body does not produce them. Therefore, we have to obtain them through our diet. Polyunsaturated fats can help reduce the total cholesterol level.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids!

In the division of healthy fats, Omega 3 fatty acids are the most appreciated. Among its benefits, we find that they fight against inflammation, help control blood clotting and reduce blood pressure and triglycerides. There are many foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, so it is difficult to discuss only one of them.

Nuts, chia or flax seeds or green leafy vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach, and watercress are very rich in Omega 3. Fatty fish such as albacore tuna, salmon, mackerel, and sardines are also good sources of Omega 3, although some people are reluctant to consume them because of the present debate due to levels of mercury and other contagions from the ocean.

High-fat foods that are Fundamentally Healthy!

The benefits of avocados are so diverse that they are possibly one of the healthiest fruits you can consume. They are rich in monounsaturated fats, as seen above, and they also have the benefits of vitamin E, which helps prevent free radical damage, increases immunity and acts as an anti-aging nutrient for your skin.

In butter, we find Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids that help our brain function properly and also improve the health of our skin. These two fatty acids are considered essential; this means that our body needs them, but can produce them by itself. Butter is also rich in fat-soluble vitamins and minerals such as selenium, which is a powerful antioxidant.

Coconut Oil!

The benefits of coconut oil are many; it is rich in medium chain fatty acids, which are easy to digest for the body, are not readily stored by the body in the form of fat and are small in size, allowing them to infuse energy to the cells almost immediately.

These fatty acids also improve brain function and memory. Because of its immense amount of natural saturated fats, coconut oil increases good cholesterol and enhances heart health, while the antioxidants detected in coconut oil make it an adequate anti-inflammatory that helps reduce arthritis.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

We all know how relevant it is to add extra virgin olive oil to our daily diet. It is recommended for the health of our heart since, according to numerous studies, it is proven that extra virgin olive oil, and the Mediterranean diet in general, reduce the incidence of heart attack or dying from heart disease.

That may be because it has high levels of monounsaturated fats. Its high levels of antioxidants help protect cells from possible damage. It also helps enhance memory and cognitive function, and also works as an anti-inflammatory.

Will Diet-Fat make you Fat?

You might think that fat is to condemn for the obesity epidemic now bothering our people. Fat is only part of the problem. Obesity is more complicated than just overeating a single nutrient. Eating more calories from fats, carbohydrates, and protein without proper physical activity will lead to weight gain.

We usually do not recognize that not all the fats we eat are bad for our body. There is a lot of fats that are beneficial for our health...
