Dreaming is not the same as having Goals | AIB

Many times people, not knowing what exactly they want to achieve, spend their lives wondering why success and triumph are not on their side. Not knowing what you want is a prevalent problem that we all face at some point in time.

Dreams are something that transcends the metrics of reaching a goal. Dreams are like oases that occur throughout our lives, and while we strive to fulfill them, we are completing goals after objectives.

Dreams fill into the souls, goals only satisfy a moment; dreams give reason to life, goals measure how well we are going to fulfill our dreams. Dreams give meaning to each stage of our life and keep us active and full of hope, but goals met sometime or not. Dreams give happiness, goals lead us to our dreams, dreams without goals are illusions. They are usually not related to money, position, power.

Dreaming about things is easy, but dreaming does not change lives - doing things will change lives.

Realize your dream today, spend some time on thinking the most important thing you've ever dreamed of in your whole life. Sit down, make a rough plan of how you're going to get from where you are today to where you want to be. Write down the whole plan. Then do the first step to get there, whatever.

Dreams keep you at the forefront with an open mind, keen senses; the goals fulfilled take you to your comfort zone. Let your goals be the indicator that you are on the right path to reach your dreams. I promise you that you will feel great about it, that you will hardly be able to take it for a while to work on it. Soon, you will see that you are moving towards a goal that you believed was beyond your reach - and growing as a person at the same time.
